Junior Reyes-Tejada, of Lodi, is accused of sexually assaulting a child under 13 years old in Lodi, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
The BCPO's Special Victims Unit was contacted on Wednesday, Sept. 25 regarding the accusations, Musella said.
Reyes-Tejada was arrested following an investigation and charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault, second- degree sexual assault by contact, and second-degree endangering the welfare of a child. He was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
